Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders ship from Guangdong, China. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details after dispatch.
Estimated delivery
- United States and Europe: 8–10 business days after dispatch
- Asia: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruption, holidays, and remote destinations may cause delays.
Shipping charges
Tracked shipping is free on orders over US$70. For orders below US$70, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Customs, duties, and local restrictions
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, or local restrictions. Unless checkout states otherwise, these costs and compliance obligations are the buyer's responsibility. Crystal stone art knives cannot be shipped to destinations where import, sale, or possession is prohibited. We may cancel and refund an order if a carrier or destination restriction prevents lawful shipment.
Address accuracy
Please confirm your delivery address before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch, and additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. For damaged deliveries, include clear photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue with the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the return and refund policy applies.
